Shipping policy

Dwell. Apparel ships all orders through USPS.com, using Ground Advantage Service. We aim to ship orders out within 4-6 BUSINESS days after order has been purchased. Holidays and weather can affect shipping dates/arrivals. Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with their tracking information. Dwell. Apparel is not responsible for the time it takes for an order to be shipped through USPS.com. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If an order gets sent back to us, the customer is responsible for paying the fees to have it re-shipped.
