Due to the made-to-order aspect of our items, purchases are final sale unless items are received damaged/not as advertised. If this is the case, please contact us with the issue and detailed pictures so we can remedy the situation immediately - we will accept these returns within 14 days from the delivery date. Our customers satisfaction is a top priority!

Exchanges/Return:

If you are looking to exchange the same item you received, please reach out via email (dwellapparel@hotmail.com). The customer is responsible for return shipping of exchanged items.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
