RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We want all our customers to be completely happy with your purchase from dwell. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Due to the made-to-order aspect of our items, purchases are final sale unless items are received damaged/not as advertised.
If this is the case, please email us at dwellapparel@hotmail.com with the issue and detailed pictures so we can remedy the situation immediately - we will accept these returns within 15 days from the delivery date. Our customers satisfaction is a top priority!
Exchanges:
If you are looking to exchange the item you received, reach out to us via email: dwellapparel@hotmail.com.
We will only accept exchanges on products that have been unused, unwashed and unworn.
Please understand that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Shipped to Wrong Address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. If we receive a "return to sender" order - we will charge a reshipment fee depending on the weight of the order. We will not reship the order until that reshipment fee is received.
*We cannot cancel/refund orders after 24 hours post purchase.
